Almost there..

Hi Friends,

Bear with me, I've been running around all over the place, tying up loose ends and purchasing kitchen shoes, getting ready for my big transition from the corporate world to culinary school kitchen.  So tonight, that sadly means no recipe, restaurant review or random wild tangents on how many varieties of cheeses that I currently have in my fridge (8, in case you were wondering).  However, while time doesn't seem to be permitting me to create a proper post tonight, I will tease you with a picture of a guest post of mine that will be running on Beantown Baker's site tomorrow.  Please be sure to check it out.  (Spoiler alert: it involves a different take on a rich and creamy risotto..)

Have a great night!

Check out what's on this plate tomorrow at Beantown Baker!

I start grad school at BU next week for their masters in gastronomy program, myself. 2011 is definitely a new year. Wishing you lots of luck (and good food) in the year ahead!
