Bear with me, I've been running around all over the place, tying up loose ends and purchasing kitchen shoes, getting ready for my big transition from the corporate world to culinary school kitchen. So tonight, that sadly means no recipe, restaurant review or random wild tangents on how many varieties of cheeses that I currently have in my fridge (8, in case you were wondering).
