Burger News for Burger Month

Are you worried that Burger Month is going to slip away without you having the opportunity to properly celebrate it? Fear not, burger fans, this coming Tuesday (5/17) Burger Boy himself will be hosting a "Meat-Up" at Redline in Harvard Square at 7:00 PM. The "Meat-Up" is an opportunity to sip cocktails with fellow burger lovers, enjoy complimentary sliders and, if you're brave enough, enter the slider eating contest. There will be prizes, giveaways and lots of burgers! Hope to see you there!
On a special note, this may be one of your last chances to get a Redline burger for a little while. At the end of this month, Redline will be closing its doors for a little makeover and reopening in the fall.

Moving on to other burger news, last month I had the opportunity to create my very own burger at the Bristol Lounge at the Four Seasons Boston, which will be featured on their menu on Friday, May 27th. The "Small Boston Kitchen Burger" starts with a roasted garlic rubbed brioche bun, then it is smeared with pesto sauce and a combination of provolone cheese and mozzarella cheese before it gets smothered with caramelized onions and crispy bacon strips. Here's some fun pictures from behind the scenes of the burger creating party. I'll be there on Friday 27th to review my burger and I hope you will be too!

So many toppings to choose from!
Hard at work!

The Four Seasons will be offering a different burger each day of the month. For a full list of the featured burgers, click here!
