The Bag of A Chef

If earlier today you happened to catch a female, about 5'7" with blonde hair stacked into a messy bun on the top of her head, carrying her weight in kitchen supplies and wearing a grin so big you could easily convince yourself that she would simply pass out from pure happiness right in front of you, then you saw me making my trek back across the river from my culinary school orientation.  I had grand plans of providing you with a play-by-play of how things went tonight but honestly, aside from paperwork and I.D. photos taken, I think I can sum up the whole experience in just one sentence: tonight I found myself surrounded by people wearing matching ear-to-ear smiles and whose faces lit up so brightly when talking about food we could probably have turned off the lights and we would have been able to see just fine.  This is my kind of place.

And now I want to get to the good stuff.....pictures of all my gear!

Doesn't it look all pretty and shiny?!
Just look at it all!
For baking and pastry
My internal food geek freaked out over these
And a bag to put it all in!
Okay, I seriously haven't stopped staring at everything since I got home.  Some of the stuff in here I'm not even sure what it is!  I cannot wait for class!!
