Superbowl Sunday Snacking

My team might not be suiting up to play this Sunday but that doesn't mean I can't get in on the fun.  After all, isn't Superbowl Sunday the best? Sure, it might loose a little of its appeal when your team isn't in it but it's still a whole lot of fun.  Who wouldn't love a day based around comfortably sitting on your couch, surrounded by friends, cold beer in hand a table full of snacks in front of you?  So the big question is, what to make? To help answer this, I thought I'd give you some of my favorite snack-type recipes that would be perfect to make for tomorrow's big game.  Have fun!

Baked Beer Battered Buffalo Onion Rings
BBQ Pulled Pork Potato Skins
Chipotle Salsa
Creamy Cranberry and Hazelnut Spread
Philly Cheesesteak Dip
Tzatziki
Chocolate Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Treats
Oh, and PS, for the record, I'm totally rooting for Green Bay.  For no other reason than I love the fact that Packers fans where cheese-shaped hats.  Totally my kind of party hat.  For sure.

I'm still drooling over the Philly cheese dip. I might have to root for the Packers for the same reason.. and because I don't like the Steelers. :)

Agree with your last line. I mean cheese hats!??! We gotta root for them!!! All those dishes look fabulous. I wish I could get motivated to get cooking- but I'm enjoying just looking at all this food instead hehe

Haha, I grew up in Chicago so I can't root for the cheeseheads, but I also have always liked their hats! Such a yummy spread!

these look great and i 100% agree about the packers. no reason to root for them other than the cheese hats. Well, actually my hatred for Ben Rothlisberger has something to do with it too.
